This adds the brightness characteristic only if the device supports it. Fixes #325.
This also removes the
this.category === Categories.OUTLETconditional as it is already evaluated at https://github.com/plasticrake/homebridge-tplink-smarthome/blob/e0de1be/src/homekit-device/plug.ts#L48.
